Charity Golf Tournament
I had a great time with my team of good friends and past clients at the 6th Annual Murphy & Murphy Charity Golf Tournament benefiting the Fallbrook Food Pantry. We even won 2nd place in the tournament, woohoo!
They are hosting an online auction until tomorrow night with over 100 unique items of interest available. There will be things like a guitar autographed by James Taylor, sports memorabilia, drive-able vacation destinations, dinner events and more.

San Diego County has had the highest number of closed sales in 3 YEARS! And sales are up by 22% since just the previous month!
We are seeing a huge shift in the housing market right now; more homes are selling faster and at higher prices compared to past years. At Pacific Sotheby's, we strive to overcome, and the current market is allowing just that.
