For PSIR, since May 15 we have:
-Closed 88 transactions for $111.2M in sales volume
-62 new listings for $94.5M in inventory
-112 NEW transactions went under contract for $112.3M in sales volume
-And we have 789 TOTAL transactions under contract for $768M in sales volume!
San Diego county has just recorded yet another week of increased numbers of new contracts with an increase of nearly 100 units from the previous week. This marks the 7th straight week of improving numbers since the bottom of the market the week of March 30!
In addition, with more people online and with the quality content we offer, our Social Media numbers and impressions have gone up drastically in the last month!
